Cover Supervisor - Birmingham Monarch Education are an Education Recruitment Agency who specialise in placing Teachers and Teaching Assistants in their ideal roles. Monarch Education are currently working alongside Primary Schools in the Birmingham area to find a Cover Supervisor to start ASAP. The candidate for this role will support the use of technology in learning and develop pupils' competence and independence in its use. The ideal candidate for this role will hold / be confident in the following: Supervising the Class: Ensuring that students remain on task and behave appropriately during the lesson. Delivering Pre-Set Work: Following the lesson plans and instructions left by the absent teacher to ensure continuity in learning. Managing Classroom Behaviour: Maintaining discipline and managing any disruptions to ensure a productive learning environment. Reporting: Providing feedback on the lesson and any issues that arose during the class to the regular teacher or school administration. Assisting Students: Offering support to students who may need help with the assigned tasks or have questions about the material.
