Carlisle Brass are part of the ASSA ABLOY group, the global leader in access solutions.This role will encompass handling of queries, and returns business wide, with a focus to drive down on cost to the business, improve processes by getting to the root cause of any issues.Key responsibilities:• Responsible for arranging collection of our returns through our logistics provider.• Managing the logistics portal and resolving customer queries.• Liaising directly with customers via phone and email on re-scheduling collections. • Maintaining an electronic filing system. • Assisting in the implementation of future changes to current process. • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, visitors, customers and managers. • Processing data provided by the dispatch team to help with future training requirementSkills required:• Strong organisational & administrative skills.• Able to work to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.• Able to work well as part of a teamPersonal Qualities:Strong work ethic and values to ensure work is completed to a diligent standard, and ideally very personable to work within a busy, developing and growing team. Training to be provided and expected Apprenticeship duration:Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 318 MonthsEntry Requirements:Maths & English GCSE grade 4 / C or equivalent qualificationWorking Week:Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30 to 17:30 (40 Hrs Per Week)
