Job DescriptionPurpose of the Job: The Procurement Data Coordinator is responsible for supporting all Procurement data requirements as part of Rotork’s implementation of D365. This includes responsibility for creating & implementing a process for the transfer of data from legacy systems into D365 and ensuring the right actions are established to maintain going forwards.Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:Work with the Procurement Data SME to define, manage and maintain an appropriate set of vendor records with required contracts / price frameworksTo develop an aligned framework for vendor Data that allows sustainable transfer of Data / vendor information into our ERP system.To develop templated price lists with our direct suppliers and processes / mechanisms with the suppliers for the maintenance of Data in our systems on an ongoing basisTo build operational and sustainable processes with our supply base that allows the transfer of new Data into our system.Work closely with the central Procurement team to understand key operations performance metrics for the factories and ensure balanced decisions are taken considering all cost elements.To develop and maintain a process for onboarding new supplier data
