Role Overview: As a Full-Time KS2 Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a stimulating and supportive atmosphere for our Key Stage 2 students. Your enthusiasm, dedication, and innovative teaching methods will inspire a love for learning and help each child reach their full potential.Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and personal growth.Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute educational activities, projects, and events.Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and well-being.Recognizing and accommodating different learning needs and abilities within the class, providing support and extension activities as necessary.Keeping parents/guardians informed about their child's progress, achievements, and areas for development through regular communication, parent-teacher meetings, and reports. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS2 students.Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for creating an inspiring and supportive learning environment.
