Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants Required Job Description Location: South East England, Surrey, CroydonJob Type: Contract, Full-TimePrimary Industry: Education and TrainingSalary: £85 - £100 Per dayJob Duties: Assist in the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculumSupport the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging educational activitiesProvide a safe and nurturing environment for childrenSupervise and interact with children during playtime and educational activitiesAssist with children's personal care needs, including feeding and changingMaintain accurate records of children's progress and developmentCommunicate effectively with parents and other staff membersParticipate in staff meetings and training sessions Required Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalentEnhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearanceFirst Aid certification Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Prior experience working with children in a nursery or school settingUnderstanding of the EYFS frameworkGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamBasic knowledge of child development principles Preferred Qualifications: SEN (Special Educational Needs) experienceAdditional training in safeguarding and child protectionExperience working with children with diverse backgrounds and abilities Working Conditions: Full-time position, working hours may varyFast-paced and dynamic environmentOpportunities for professional development and trainingRegular interaction with children and parents All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
