WE DONOT PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS POSITION. DRIVING LICENSE IS A MUST. About The Role: Your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the activities of field staff or caregivers who provide services to clients in their homes or other community settings. Other responsibilities include Assessment and review of individual services Supervision and Training. Quality Assurance Open and Effective Communication. Problem Solving and Compliance. About you: You’ll be a great communicator, highly motivated and organized with solid leadership skills and a passion for driving efficiency and maintaining high standards. You’ll also need a care qualification or equivalent to at least NVQ Level 3 or with or working towards level 3. Ideally you will also have 1 to 2 years experience as a Field Care Supervisor.
