We're currently looking for a dedicated & commercial minded Buyer & Brand Manager. The Role: Identifying new brands for potential launch within the Health & Beauty category Strong negotiation with all suppliers Pricing strategy Range reviews Merchandising strategy Working with our existing brands to develop promotions Working with our Digital Marketing Manager to develop an annual Marketing Strategy Developing weekly communication to our customer database Developing a social network strategy What we're looking for: You'll be highly ambitious, take lots of initiative and be versatile with 3-4 years beauty experience. You'll need to be numerical, analytical and be able to manage your own P&L & have good knowledge of excel. You'll have strong communication skills + PR & networking ability. You'll also have a bit of a creative eye! You'll be able to multi-task, be comfortable presenting and be interested in the latest trends and fashion.
