Job Details:Employment Status: Full TimeSalary: £28,000 - £32,000. Depending on experience and candidateCommission: Yes (Quarterly) - OTE Uncapped (3 - 6k Based on Performance)Working Hours: 40 hours p/w. Report to: Studio Manager - Joe WilliamsJob Description:The Membership Executive will act as the main driver of selling new memberships, and retaining current memberships within both F45 Oxford Circus and FS8 Oxford Circus. This role includes anything membership related; be it driving referral schemes, corporate initiatives, or organising member socials. Your strategy and leadership will be driven by your Studio Manager.Key Responsibilities:Contact all new leads on sales dashboard ‘Loyalsnap’ to sign onto a trial, membership or any other package bundle.Call all new trial leads and book them into their first class.Call all 1st visits prior to their first class to welcome them into the studio and to let them know all studio procedures.Call any 1st visits, post their first class to ask for feedback, gauge their interest and execute on next steps for each individual case.Collate all sales notes from coaches into our sales dashboard ‘Loyalsnap’.Follow through on all member related questions or queries that come through all communication channels. (Email and Whatsapp Hotline)Execute on all studio operational tasks to ensure optimal day to day running of the studio.Coordinate and support Studio Manager on all community events that take place throughout the year.All direct messaging (DM) tasks via instagram channels.Key Skills and Qualifications:L2 Fitness Instructor. (Preferable)Previous sales experience. Passion for sales.Excellent customer service skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Energy and enthusiasm to assist in the management of day to day operations.Proven ability to work well within a team environment.Track record of exceeding KPIs.Time management and organisation.Ability to maintain a professional appearance and behaviour.Willingness to work flexibly in response to changing organizational requirements.
