As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing an individual with an Acquired Brain Injury with support to access the community, to complete daily admin tasks, support to their hospital appointments, enjoy days out, bowling, eating out, cinema.Responsibilities:Provide support in accordance with individual care plansAssist with behaviour management techniquesProvide person centred support with empathy, compassion, dignity an respect, always promoting independence and choiceExperience:Prior experience in patient care preferredProficiency in behaviour management techniquesJoining our team as a Care Worker offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
