We also provide dynamic reporting, barcoding capability, and regulatory compliance features to add further value to our solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an experienced LIMS Technical Consultant to join our friendly Technical Services team, within a fast growing software company. The successful candidate will be involved in the implementation and delivery of innovative software systems in a wide variety of industries and organisations.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Understanding and documenting functional requirements and getting sign-off from stakeholders.Configuration of developed software for base and internal systems; including the use of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports to design the customer specific reports and extension to other products as needed e.g. Microsoft PowerBI.Maintaining project documentation.Provision of training courses when required.Provide support to customers via email, phone and site visits when necessary.The successful candidate will receive training on our software and configurations tools, as well as 3rd party software packages.
