This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in education or those looking to step into a classroom environment and further their teaching career within supportive school settings.Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring smooth lesson delivery in the absence of the regular teacher.Maintain excellent classroom behaviour and create a focused learning environment.Assist students with their tasks and provide support when needed.Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure lesson continuity. This role offers a fantastic chance to build classroom management skills and gain valuable experience in a professional and well-resourced educational environment.What We’re Looking For: Strong skills in both English and Maths.Excellent classroom behaviour management abilities.Eligibility to work in the UK.An Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply for one.Prior experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting is advantageous.Good communication and organisational skills.A positive and adaptable attitude to cover lessons in various subjects.
