Job Description Job Advert: Emergency Nurse Practitioner/Emergency Care Practitioner We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioners (ENP) or Emergency Care Practitioners (ECP) to join our dedicated team in the West Midlands. Days: Mondays - Sundays (including Bank Holidays) Hours: A range of shift patterns available, from 4-hour to 12-hour shifts to suit your availability Location: West Midlands Computer System: Adastra Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of urgent and emergency conditions Manage minor injuries including plastering, suturing, and wound care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care Provide timely, evidence-based care in line with clinical guidelines Ensure accurate documentation and patient record-keeping using Adastra Experience Required: Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) or Out of Hours (OOH) experience is essential Ability to treat a variety of injuries, including plastering, suturing, and wound management IMER training required Must have UK-based experience in an emergency care setting Skills and Qualifications: Registered Nurse or Paramedic with advanced practice qualifications Proven experience working in an autonomous role in emergency or urgent care settings Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to various clinical environments Benefits: Competitive pay rates based on experience and qualifications Flexible shift patterns to support work-life balance Opportunity to work across various sites in the West Midlands Ongoing professional development and training opportunities If you are a dedicated healthcare professional with the required skills and experience, we would love to hear from you!
