Experienced Catering Assistants – Exciting, Fast-Paced Role About the Role:Freemans Event Partners are seeking experienced Catering Assistants to join our dynamic team at Twickenham Stadium. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role that requires individuals who can handle the demands of large-scale events while delivering exceptional customer service. Your experience will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and quality our guests expect.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring an excellent customer experience.Food Preparation & Service: Assist in the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring consistency and quality.Stock & Display Management: Replenish food, beverages, and supplies promptly while maintaining an appealing display.Till Operation: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.What We’re Looking For:Experience is Essential: Previous experience as a catering assistant in high-volume, fast-paced environments is a must.Commitment to all 6 nations games.46 guaranteed shifts throughout 2025 for the right individualSkills: A strong understanding of food service operations and customer service excellence.Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.Knowledge: Familiarity with food hygiene practices (Level 2 Food Safety certification preferred).Professionalism: A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach to work.Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, evenings, and event days as required.What We Offer:Competitive hourly pay, reflective of your experience.The chance to work at one of the UK’s most prestigious venues.Be part of a professional, experienced, and supportive team.Exposure to high-profile events with opportunities for future growth.
