The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the national curriculum, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages academic and personal growth.Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons.Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.Maintain high standards of classroom behavior and student discipline. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.A degree in English or a related subject.A valid DBS on the update service or must be willing to get one.Right to work in the UK.Experience teaching English at the secondary level is preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates.A passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.Due to the location of the school, a car would be benifitial.
