The Role:Printerpix is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our growing team in central London. This is a full-time leadership role for a creative and strategic thinker with a strong background in e-commerce design, user experience, and marketing optimisation.As Lead Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand, with significant influence over the development of our website, email marketing materials and digital assets. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing team to ensure brand consistency and that marketing campaigns are effectively reflected online.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering outstanding designs within tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Lead the creative process from concept to execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including email marketers and marketing specialists.Manage timelines and deadlines effectively.Design UI/UX elements to enhance conversion rates.Create website designs, marketing materials, and digital assets, focusing on mock-up design and photo editing.What’s in it for you?Opportunity to progress to Group Creative Manager.Work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.Develop and enhance online marketing expertise.Expand creative skills across multiple verticals.Work on a diverse range of creative assets, including:Email marketing designs, Website imagery, Social media content, Mock-ups and product visualisations, Still-life photography & UI/UX design.Leadership & Core Skills:Exceptional people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.Requirements:5–7 years of experience in B2C e-commerce engagement and communication strategies.2–5 years of experience in still-life photography, photo editing, and mock-up design.Proficiency in multiple design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, FigJam, Miro, Jira.Experience with end-to-end User Experience (UX) strategies.Experience working with Design Systems and Component libraries.Knowledge of UI/UX design optimisation.Knowledge of design at scale and for different markets.Knowledge of design automation.Ability to source and manage external design resources as needed.Creative, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).Experience in packaging design (a plus).Experience using AI-powered design tools (a plus).Familiarity with 3D software (a plus).
