You’ll assist primary school teachers in delivering lessons and helping students reach their full potential.As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:Helping to prepare classroom materials and resources. Assisting students during lessons and providing 1:1 support as needed. Encouraging students to engage with learning while fostering a positive classroom atmosphere. Your commitment and energy will help create a nurturing environment where students can thrive both academically and socially!RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have:Experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting. A positive and friendly demeanour that encourages students to learn. Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and fellow staff. A valid Enhanced DBS check, or the willingness to obtain one. Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in Wales, or the willingness to register.
