As Quantity Surveyor:You have 1-2 years post-graduate experience with a Main Contractor or Developer.You will be working with the Senior QS to manage subcontract packages and overseeing payments, along with normal QS dutiesYou will be working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time & to budget.You will be reporting on budgets and variations, Take offs, BoQ'sYou will be taking contracts from subcontract procurement through to final accountsYou will be attending site progress and cost meetings and liaising with client / design team & subcontractors The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate of €45,000 - €55,000 depending on experience + vehicle / car allowance + package.
