About the Role: PTW is in need a Lean Operations Specialist or Manager to drive efficiency, eliminate waste, and optimize workflows across our organization. This is a hands-on role for an expert in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies who can get into the weeds, analyze inefficiencies, and implement cost-saving solutions. They will work closely with leadership and teams to streamline processes, scrutinize spending, and ensure every resource is utilized effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth operational audits to identify inefficiencies and waste. • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other efficiency frameworks to optimize workflows. • Analyze spending patterns, vendor contracts, and resource allocation to eliminate unnecessary costs. • Work hands-on with teams to redesign processes for maximum efficiency. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational improvements. • Provide leadership with data-driven recommendations and execution plans. • Train internal teams on best practices for maintaining efficiency and cost control. Key Skills Lean and Six Sigma Spend Analysis Operational Audits Supply Chain and vendor management Change Management KPI and Metrics Project management Tech, Gaming Services industry a plus RequirementsRequired Qualifications: • Proven experience in Lean/Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred). • Strong background in operational efficiency, process optimization, and cost reduction. • Hands-on approach with a track record of implementing real-world efficiency improvements. • Ability to work across departments, break silos, and drive change. • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Experience in [industry-specific experience if needed] is a plus.
