You will provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and coaching to help your team meet and exceed their targets, driving both subscription and revenue growth. By fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring your team adheres to best practices, you will play a key role in the business's continued success. This position requires someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for developing talent, as well as the ability to manage pipelines and establish strategic plans.Accountabilities: Lead and mentor a team of field-based Senior Account Managers, focusing on performance management, skill development, and career growth. Set and uphold high standards by ensuring the team follows the established sales process, NEAT methodology, and CRM discipline. Manage the sales pipeline to provide a clear and accurate view of ongoing opportunities and progress. Collaborate with the Head of Partner Sales to create and implement strategic plans to meet business goals. Develop strong relationships with key partners to ensure high levels of partner satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in leadership, particularly in managing field-based sales teams. Strong understanding of the accounting and bookkeeping industry. Familiarity with CRM and sales tools to manage sales processes effectively. Experience in performance management, professional skills development, and coaching within a sales environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
