We will provide all our new starters with a full induction and then provide ongoing refresher training.We actively promote positive wellbeing with all our staff and have a designated mental health first aider available on site or over the phone who can provide ongoing and consistent emotional support to all of our staff. The role of a Home Care Assistant involves personal care, meal preparation, medication, and support to access the community. You do not need to drive for the role as you will be based in the one area.We currently offer:Induction training paid once started workExcellent rates of pay; up to £12.15 per hourEnhancements for weekend working25p per mile for drivers. Full support available from team to claim extra 20p per mile from HMRC.
