We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!Job Title: Community Nurse (Band 5) Location: Blackheath Schedule: Flexible shifts Rate of Pay: £20.00 - £24.00 per hour (Umbrella) Contact: Shamil – / What You’ll Be Doing: Join our team as a Community Nurse and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a community setting. In this role, you will: Perform comprehensive patient assessmentsProvide injections, wound care, and end-of-life care (including syringe drivers)Conduct leg ulcer assessments using Doppler machinesCarry out bladder and bowel assessmentsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient careMaintain accurate patient records Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A current and valid NMC registration and pinPrevious community nursing experienceSkills in injections, wound care, end-of-life care, leg ulcer assessments, and bladder/bowel assessmentsMust have Community Nurses' essential skill set (i.e., catheter care, compression bandaging, and IV experience)A valid UK driving license and access to your own carStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Working Hours & Contract Duration: This flexible locum position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with possible weekend shifts.
