Key Requirements: A relevant degree in English or a closely related subject.Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent.Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English.Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (experience at Key Stage 5 is desirable but not essential).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.A commitment to continuous professional development.A positive, collaborative approach to working within a team.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
