We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic General Secondary Teacher to join a dynamic team in New Milton.Key Responsibilities: Teaching young people age 11-16 who are not able to be educated in mainstream. Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects in accordance with the curriculum. Assess, monitor, and report on students' progress. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching at the secondary level Strong communication and classroom management skills. A commitment to continuous professional development.
