About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs in both one-to-one and small group settings. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and SEN staff. Help students develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills. What They’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be a caring and proactive individual, with: Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN (desirable but not essential). A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
