We are currently working in partnership with a Cheshire based Housing Association who are looking for a Repairs Planner on a 12-week contract.This will be a full-time position based in Cheshire. The first two weeks will be four days a week in the office, dropping to two/ three days a week following initial training.The ideal candidate will have experience scheduling repairs on domestic dwellings, and will have experience using DRS. We can offer up to £18 per hour via an Umbrella company for this role.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Receiving calls from tenants in regards to repairs and providing the initial diagnosis to get an understanding as to what Repairs work would be requiredBooking in repairs for Gas Services and Repairs for both void and tenanted propertiesChasing repairs operatives in regards to updates around repairsInputting all data onto in house PDA systems, in order to Repairs Operatives to track repairs work as effectively as possible Experience required: Experience booking repairs is desirableExperience with DRS is desirable Rewards and Benefits: Hybrid workingFlexibility on working hours Working hours: 37 hours per weekMonday - Friday, 8:30 - 16:00 Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
