Experienced Learning Support Worker – Bridgend Location: Bridgend Pay: £13.75 per hour £89.38 per dayAre you passionate about supporting students in their learning journey? Teaching Personnel is seeking an Experienced Learning Support Worker to work in primary and secondary schools across Bridgend.Role Overview:As a Learning Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting students with additional learning needs (ALN) or those requiring extra classroom support. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Providing 1:1 or small group support to students. ✅ Assisting with classroom activities and adapting learning materials. ✅ Supporting students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. ✅ Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. ✅ Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff.What We’re Looking For:✔️ Previous experience in a learning support, teaching assistant, or SEN role. ✔️ A compassionate and patient approach to working with students. ✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills. ✔️ Experience with SEN strategies and interventions is an advantage. ✔️ A valid DBS (or willingness to apply for one).✔️ A valid EWC Registration (or willingness to apply for one).Why Join Teaching Personnel?
