If you want to be part of our Radis family then this is how you can be…About the roleAs a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be supporting the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintain their individuality and vital independence. You’ll help residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas at meal times, communal areas for social activities and to the privacy of their bedrooms and bathrooms at their request.You’ll help them with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing – this will mean you’ll understand the importance of privacy and dignity – so important to everyone.
