Job Title: Vice President - Real Estate Investment Banking Location: London, UK Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join our clients Real Estate Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will play a key role in transaction execution, financial modelling, and providing strategic advisory services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global financial institution and contribute to high-profile real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage transaction execution processes, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support transaction analysis and decision-making. Provide strategic advisory services to clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within the UK real estate sector. Collaborate with financial sponsors and other stakeholders to structure and execute financing solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and clients. Mentor and develop junior team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on real estate. Proven track record in transaction execution and financial modelling. Extensive experience in UK M&A transactions and working with financial sponsors. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
