Python Developer - Full Stack Developer - Tech LeadMarshall Wolfe are proud to be supporting a fast-growing AI technology start-up in their search for a Full Stack Developer to join their emerging team. You’ll be instrumental in driving the development of high-quality AI applications, establishing engineering best practices. While experience with AI is preferred, it isn't essential as long as you have an interest and desire to work within AI.This is a hands-on role requiring autonomy and independence alongside a unique blend of deep technical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions for our clients.The role is remote, with team meetings being held in London around twice a month.Responsibilities:Develop & maintain high-quality AI Agents applicationsDesign & implement scalable, distributed AI Agentic systems ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.Serve as an escalation point for the developer team during project builds, providing guidance and resolving issues.Provide hands-on support to the platform development and proof of concept.Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and demonstrate our AI platform's capabilities.Evaluate and integrate emerging cloud and AI technologies to drive platform innovation. Required skills and experience:Proven full stack development experience with some of the following languages: Python, Typescript, Javascript, Node and HTML5Experience with the following frameworks: ReactJS 16+ / Next.js 14+/ NuxtJS. experience with AI/ML Frameworks would be desirbaleExperience with AWS and a strong understanding or AWS cloud servicesExperience with Docker and Kubernetes Please apply with your CV in the first instance for more information.
