Probate Solicitor/Paralegal/Senior Fee Earner Benefits: Salary 40k to 55k DOE Contract: Permanent Location: Company based Skegness but remote working option for this role is available Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - Flexible working, including flexible start and end times outside of the company's core hours (9am - 5pm); homeworking options, and additional holiday leave accrual options. You will be required to work with your colleagues and the Directors of the company to proactively promote the department and assist with future business planning for the department and its personnel. In order to be considered for this role, your application must reflect that you have a minimum of 4 years' experience of directly handling a range of Probate and Will cases from start to finish with minimum supervision, including advising on and drafting of the following: Wills Probate Powers of Attorney Court of Protection Trusts Estate Planning Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax The successful candidate will be: IT literate with ability to work effectively on a case management system Able to work well as a team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative Willing to participate in business development activities You will have excellent client care and interpersonal skills
