The Re7 team is dynamic with a strong background in investment management, data science and crypto.Our DeFi Labs team who are one of the highest respected curators of lending, borrowing and restaking vaults, and due to the fast growing nature of the business we need to add an Associate to the team to provide much needed support.This role is central to many aspects of researching, onboarding and managing clients for our on- chain vaults, and provides significant exposure to three key areas: research, vault operations & marketing.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with innovative teams across the globe and play a critical role in supporting the Re7 Labs team and our clients & partners to achieve our collective goals.If you are insanely passionate about crypto, enjoy working a the centre of one of the fastest moving industries and want to be on the cutting edge of lending, borrowing and liquid staking - then this opportunity is for you.ResponsibilitiesRe7 Labs Research Identify new protocols and liaise with protocol teams to evaluate risks & opportunities News collection and synthesis Review technical requirements for new chains, platforms and vaults Manage asset issuer relationships (follow ups, changes to contracts, new rewards) Vault Operations Monitor and maintain performance across the portfolio and across various platforms On-chain transaction planning and execution Set up vaults on new and existing platforms Execute platform transactions eg setup, exit, allocations, rebalancing, limit adjustments Liaise & negotiate with restaking operators Partner with Re7 Technology, Portfolio Management and broader DeFi Labs teams to explore, scope out and support the delivery of product expansion and automation opportunities Marketing Provide research content for publishing on blogs & socials Highlight top yields for promotion Collaborate on/provide content for launch promotions Requirements Experience working in DeFi Skilled in executing complex on-chain transactions Entrepreneurial & commercial mindset Dynamic and able to consistently move at a lightning fast pace Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills Strong communication skills University graduate Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas Benefits Competitive package.
