Ward Security is on the lookout for a dedicated Weekend Security Officer, who will work at our client in Heathrow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering effective and efficient security services while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. You will need to be proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as you will be responsible for interacting with staff, visitors, and clients, ensuring a safe and secure environment throughout your shift. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to any incidents or challenges that may arise, ensuring the protection of the client’s assets and premises. Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents Complete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and signatures Carry out ID checks Be vigilant to the Health and Safety risks Excellent communication skills to all levels – verbally, written, phone and by security radio’s Work effectively as part of a team or can work on own initiative A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges Must have: Valid SIA licence Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position min 1 year Excellent customer service and communication skills Surveillance skills and detail orientation IT literate- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment Who We Are:Ward Security provides security services solutions to a range of UK businesses.
