Our client at Rugby CV23 is looking for warehouse/reworkers on a ongoing basisBe prepared to take on a variety of roles, rotating where required to deliver:-Packing productsServicing the line with stock and packing.Stacking finished goods on to pallets before being wrapped and taken away.Be punctual to site and production lines and be ready to start work on time.To undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time, that reasonably fall within the scope or Production OperativeReport any hazards to your Team Leader.Only work and operate equipment that you have been trained to do so.Follow the Manual Handling practices as shown in your inductionKeep your workspace tidy, as it maintains the Safety of all your colleagues and protects the Product from foreign bodies and the risk of contamination.Packers – Check that products are of the right quality to ensure all packs meet the customers' and consumers' expectations.Servicers - Check Dates and Batch Codes to ensure TraceabilityStackers – Carry out a variety of stacking patterns to the correct configuration, to provide count and pack stability.RequirementsPrevious experience in a copack environmentThe ability to consistently reach and exceed targets on several lines throughout the Copack OperationThe ability to communicate effectively to the Line Leaders issues relating to the taskThe ability to work unsupervised. Shifts Monday to Friday 0600-1400 Hourly Rate £12.21
