Your Role as a Building Surveyor: As part of the Building Consultancy team, your responsibilities will include: Leading Contract Administration, primarily under JCT contracts. Managing Party Wall Awards and advising clients throughout the process. Preparing cost estimates, schedules of dilapidations, and handling negotiations. Conducting building surveys and delivering detailed reports aligned with the Building Safety Act. Submitting planning and building control applications. What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A degree in Building Surveying with a minimum of 18 months' experience. Strong communication skills to confidently liaise with clients and stakeholders. The ability to manage workloads independently and thrive in a team environment.
