This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a prestigious educational setting, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of a well-cared-for school environment. Maintenance and trades skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Maintain the fabric of the building, ensuring all areas are safe and in excellent condition. Carry out minor repairs, maintenance, and decoration of the school buildings (both interior and exterior), furniture, and some equipment. Use the Premises Task Planning System to log, update, and track work tasks effectively. Work collaboratively with the wider premises team to ensure high standards of upkeep across the school site. Requirements: Proven experience in repair, maintenance, and decoration work. A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
