Applicant Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 6 months working as a Senior Health Care Assistant in a care/nursing home setting in the UK.Skills: Experience with medication administration and documentation, ability to work as part of a team and assist with Activities of Daily Living (AoDL), managing teams, conducting risk assessments, and creating care plans for service users.
