Sous Chef Leading a High-Performance Kitchen Were looking for an ambitious and highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team and help lead the kitchen alongside our Head Chef and Chef-Owners. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure kitchen environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality, efficient kitchen operations, and training a top-tier brigade. You'll work with the team to develop seasonal menus, uphold Michelin-level standards, and deliver an unforgettable dining experience. What You'll Do Lead & inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality dishesWork closely with the Head Chef on menu development and executionEnsure precision & consistency in all dishes through strong kitchen managementOversee daily operations to maintain efficiency, food safety, and cost controlTrain and mentor chefs to build a high-performance brigadeImplement and maintain health & safety standardsBe part of a restaurant pre-opening helping with recruitment, training, and setting up kitchen operations What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end, Michelin or Rosette-level restaurantExpertise in modern techniques live-fire cooking experience is a bonus!Strong leadership skills experience managing large kitchen teams (30+ staff)Pre-opening experience ability to help set up and launch a new restaurantPassion for seasonal, quality ingredients and creating outstanding guest experiencesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen Whats in It for You?
