The role comes with Associate Director status and a seat on the management team, with a clear and realistic path to Board level. You'll be stepping into a well-run and profitable real estate team that’s in a strong position but ready for its next chapter. The goal over the next 12 months is to steady the ship and create a solid foundation for future growth, just as the firm has successfully done in other departments. This role would suit a solicitor with 5–8 PQE who is confident leading others, enjoys a broad diet of commercial property work and wants to build a department around themselves – all with the support of a Legal 500-ranked firm known for its transparent leadership, flexible working culture and career development.
