Job Description Due to continuing expansion we are looking for a dynamic and passionate consultants to join our business! Founded in 2002, Noble Futures is a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to providing a premium recruitment partnership for our clients across the animal and agricultural related industries both within the UK and across Europe. Our business has grown from strength to strength and we are now seeking agile and client focussed Animal Health & Pet and Agriculture & Equine consultants to join our recruitment team. Recruitment experience isn't necessary as full training will be provided but commercial experience within one of our specialist sectors is a must if not coming from an executive search background. Responsibilities Execute full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements Identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent within your sector Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices Negotiate and finalise agreements with clients and candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome for all parties Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to drive business development and enhance client engagement Qualifications Proven experience in target led role Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the animal health and pet industry is a preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Day-to-day Engage in proactive headhunting activities to identify and attract top talent Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their unique needs and preferences Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies for talent acquisition and client engagement Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service Benefits Fully remote working position with occasional travel Competitive base Salary Quarterly bonus Uncapped commission Up to 38 days holiday Pension Internal and external personal & professional development Genuine progression opportunities For more information on this role please email Kay at kritchie@noble-futures.com
