Are you looking to start your career in Recruitment or perhaps you want to use your current experience in a different and innovative setting?Based at our office in Ellesmere Port, the Recruitment Coordinator will be part of a small HR function at EMS Healthcare and will be responsible for recruiting candidates for a variety of clinical roles across our exciting healthcare projects. From writing adverts and attending recruitment events, to inducting new starters and analyzing recruitment data, you will be involved in each aspect of the candidate journey. Reporting into the Senior HR Advisor you will liaise with hiring managers, agencies and various internal stakeholders to ensure that every candidate has the best possible experience when applying for a role at EMS Healthcare. RequirementsTo be successful in this role you will need: Recruitment background with the understanding of the importance of attracting and maintaining top talent Recruitment experience in a clinical setting would be preferable, but not crucial Knowledge of candidate sourcing and the use of job boards and recruitment tools Experience with conducting online and face-to-face interviews Strong time management, resource planning skills and the ability to work to priorities and deadlines Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Other requirements: Able to commute to our Ellesmere Port office Right to live & work in the UK Benefits 25 days holiday increasing to 28 after 5 years service 1 Occasion day each year, this could be your child’s first day at school, their nativity play or your own birthday – the choice is yours!
