This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping children reach their full potential through one-to-one support, small group work, and whole-class assistance.Responsibilities: Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.Assist with the planning and preparation of learning resources.Help maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.Monitor and record pupils’ progress, reporting to the teacher as required. Requirements: Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).Experience working in a primary or secondary school setting.Strong communication and behaviour management skills.A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learners.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
