Administrator for IT Recruitment firm – £26-30K (DOE) – Basildon, Essex – Office BasedAre you a proactive, organised, and creative individual looking to join a small, friendly team where your work really makes an impact?We’re on the lookout for a Marketing & Admin Assistant to join our growing business in Basildon, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role, loves working in a close-knit environment, and enjoys getting stuck into both the creative and the practical side of things. Please note: Due to our location, a car is essential. This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday).What you’ll be doing:You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, as well as playing a key role in our marketing efforts.Here’s a flavour of what your day-to-day might look like:Supporting our Consultants with essential admin tasksHandling onboarding for new starters to ensure a smooth welcomeManaging office stock, supplies, and ensuring everything’s in checkCoordinating travel arrangements and planning team/company eventsCreating and posting engaging content on LinkedIn and InstagramKnowledge of Canva beneficial and Quickbooks accounts but can trainHelping grow our brand presence and digital voiceAssisting in the creation of ‘value-add’ documents and materials for our clientsWhat we’re looking for:Someone with great attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and top-notch organisational skillsA creative streak when it comes to social media and brandingExperience in an office environment and ideally some exposure to marketing/adminA confident communicator who loves being part of a teamMust have your own transportWhat you’ll get:A salary of £26,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)A supportive, down-to-earth team that values each member’s contributionsA fun, collaborative atmosphere where your input really counts * Wisdom Recruitment acting as an employment agency with regard to this vacancy.
