Manage and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives to optimise effectiveness and achieve business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Utilise Google Ads to create targeted advertising campaigns that enhance visibility and drive traffic. Create engaging content using Adobe tools for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Maintain effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Skills Proficiency in email marketing strategies and tools. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent project management skills to oversee marketing initiatives from conception to execution. Solid understanding of general marketing principles and practices. Ability to manage budgets effectively while maximising return on investment. Analytical mindset with the capability to analyse data from Google Ads and other platforms to inform decision-making. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing collateral. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
