Job Title: Senior Java + Camunda Developer Location: London, UK (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Job Type: Permanent Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Java + Camunda Developer to collaborate with Technical Leads in the Compliance IT domain, focusing on the development and implementation of an Automated Regulatory Framework. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies (Cloud, AI) and cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Develop high-performance Java applications on GCP. Implement Camunda workflows for business process automation. Performance Optimization: Tune and optimize applications for scalability. Innovation & Proof of Concepts: Explore new GCP components and assess feasibility via PoCs. Problem-Solving: Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems. Required Skills & Experience: Core Technical Skills: Java + Camunda: Proven experience in developing and optimizing workflows. GCP Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform. Performance Tuning: Strong skills in application optimization. Debugging: Advanced troubleshooting capabilities. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Jira, Agile, Sonar, GitHub Actions. Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance). Prior work with international clients/multi-vendor teams. Work Arrangement: Hybrid Model: 3 days/week onsite in London (mandatory).
