Job Description Agricultural Product Marketing Manager Hybrid - Greater Manchester Area Do you want to be at the forefront of helping protect cattle, advance farmers and bring smarter solutions to the field? Our exclusive client, a global leader in animal safety solutions, is searching for a passionate and creative Product Manager to join their dynamic, purpose-driven team. This role is a unique opportunity to combine your strategic expertise with purpose-led innovation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring meaningful, market-relevant products to life, ensuring that customer needs are recognised and seemingly integrated into the company's global portfolio strategy. You'll also have the opportunity to get out on-farm, gaining first-hand insights faced by producers, helping you see the bigger picture and shape more impactful solutions. What you'll do: Partner closely with the product marketing manager to help grow products, boost market share and align with regional goals Collaborate with teams across sales, operations and supply chain to support product launches and marketing campaigns Assist in developing product forecasts, pricing strategies and managing product updates throughout the entire product life cycle Ensure products stand out in the market with a clear value proposition, using customer insights and competitor research Support sales teams by helping them understand and promote new and existing products effectively What we're looking for: Experience in product marketing/development, agricultural sales, animal health or a related field Agricultural or animal health knowledge essential Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and drive effective execution Assertive and motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a collaborative approach High attention to detail and a proactive, team-orientated approach A degree in marketing, agriculture or a similar field (desirable) In return, you'll receive a base salary of up to £50K DOE, company pension, annual leave (increasing with length of service), private health care and life insurance.
