We are working with a well-established and successful real estate advisory business based in London. Due to growth, they are keen to appoint an experienced Real Estate Advisory professional to their team. The firm has a strong brand, established relationships, and experienced management team. Our client works on a range of debt and equity deals focused on commercial real estate, and development focused opportunities. A key part of the role is managing the deal process, while also managing key introducer relationships. The role requires strong technical and relationship management skills. We are very keen to speak to Real Estate Advisory professionals from all levels of experience. Applicants must have strong modelling skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Previous experience in an advisory role, or at a lender, is essential. This is an excellent opportunity with strong earning potential.
