You will support the store management in building a store environment that nurtures creativity and employees development.Own your future, Jimmy will invest in you!We'll develop you on all retail aspectsWe'll give you full optical training with our expert OptometristsWe'll help you build your career development plan to grow your skills for your current role and prepare you for the nextThe Role:Every day is different at Jimmy Fairly, however your key missions will include:Customer experienceIt is essential for you to be a great brand ambassador and embrace the brand Selling CeremonyYou will provide an amazing in-store customer experience using the Optometrist’s recommendations to build perfect product solutions for the customerPerformanceHigh commercial efficiency to reach monthly targets and your personal KPIsBe able to build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship managementBe knowledgeable of the collection and the brand iconic piecesOperationsOperating till system, take and process paymentsInventory managementFollow company policy and procedureEnsure the shop floor and stock room standards are maintained in a clean, tidy conditionProcess deliveries (new collection, replenishment…), transfersSupport the Store Management in the VM guidelines implementationOpticsDelivering the technical tasks in the store by ensuring the safe supply of eyewear, such as ordering, verification, glasses collections & glasses adjustmentsYou will be working with the latest generation equipment: sales assistance and measurement on the Smart Mirror 4 application, simple and digital customer journey on iPadRequired knowledge, skills and qualities:High motivation & enthusiasm toward our brandBe eager to learn, develop yourself and othersA passion for delivering a personalised client experienceBe a quick learner and good listenerProblem solver!
