RLR is delighted to be working with our client to hire an experienced individual to take on this role and continue there career with this position at this luxury residential development.Role: Maintenance ManagerHours: 37.5 Hours – Monday to FridayLocation: East LondonSalary: £60,000 per annumWhat are the main duties of the role? Take responsibility for the effective and efficient management of onsite maintenance, health and safety and complianceLead the onsite maintenance teamOversee PPMs – completing and recording on relevant systemsOversee risk assessments on siteOversee the in-house maintenance actions including painting, decorating and other tasksA key team member in managing major contracts such as M&E and Lift’s, including team members that area based on site as part of these contractsTake ownership for maintenance routines of communal areas ensuring they are completed efficiently and with the customer experience in mindOversee the waste management What will you bring to the role? Relevant experience in a similar level is requiredIT literate with experience of using CRM / CAFM systems to monitor, track and update reported issues essentialStrong M&E knowledge and be comfortable applying this in a new build environmentWell-organised and must have strong Administration skillsA hands on approach whilst being a team player overall Please reach out to Francis at Residential Living Recruitment for more information!
