Role & Responsibilities Lead and execute transformation initiatives within the Finance department Design and implement innovative financial control frameworks that are tailored to strategic business needs. Facilitate deep-dive analysis into financial processes to identify and address areas for improvement. Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of new control processes. Prepare comprehensive reports on the progress and effectiveness of transformation projects to senior management. Key Skills Essential - Insurance Experience (Industry or Consultancy) Financial Control (SOx or Non-SOx) Accountancy Qualified (P/Q would still be considered) Desirable - Worked on a Finance Transformation Project previously
