This is a dynamic, mobile role that blends clinical physiotherapy expertise with emergency response support. In this role, you will:* attend to fall-related incidents alongside paramedics* assess and treat patients safely within their home or care environment* provide rehabilitation and falls prevention advice* develop and implement short-term care plans* liaise with GPs, carers, and community services to ensure safe and effective follow-up* contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centred careRequirements & Qualifications:To succeed in this role, candidates will need:* a current and valid HCPC registration* experience in community physiotherapy or falls prevention* confidence working independently in a fast-paced, mobile setting* excellent communication and decision-making skills* a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWorking Hours & Contract Duration:This is a full-time locum post, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for part-time applicants.
